• Registrations for this event are by invitation only. Online registrations are open from 3 August 2017 to 6 October 2017. To process your registration, you must complete the online form in the registration page.

  Participants will be hosted in single or double rooms (there is a limited number of single rooms available, so room sharing is strongly encouraged.

  Registration fee in a shared double room: 150 EUR
  Registration fee in single room: 220 EUR
  (All prices include VAT)

  The registration fee entitles participants to the following:

  • Access to the scientific sessions
  • Accommodation at Porto Conte Ricerche from 22 to 25 October (3 nights)
  • Coffee breaks
  • Lunches on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday (22, 23, 24 October)
  • Dinners on Sunday and Tuesday (22 and 24 October)
  • Gala dinner on Monday (23 October)
  • Excursion on Tuesday afternoon (24 October)
  • Land transportation between Alghero airport (AHO) and the venue at your arrival and departure

• Payment procedure

  Payment is possible by bank transfer or credit card. Details are available through your personal myJEDI page, after registration.

  Cancellation and refunds

  Cancellations with a refund request must be sent by e-mail to the organising secretariat and must be accompanied by a valid justification. Refunds will be decided case by case by the organisers. If accepted, cancellations within 9 October 2017 will be refunded fully, minus an administrative charge of 30 EUR; no refunds will be provided after 9 October 2017.
